Jimmy Sun
Senior Lecturer
Dr Jimmy (Jishuo) Sun is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Applied Management at Otago Polytechnic, Auckland International Campus, Auckland, New Zealand. He holds a Master of Business Studies (Management) and a PhD in Management from Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand. Jimmy also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning Design (PGCLD) and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), UK. His research interests include workplace bullying, employee health and wellbeing, emerging technology management (e.g., AI), business innovation, and sustainability. His work has been published in high-ranked journals, including Research-Technology Management (ABDC: A) and the Journal of Database Management (ABDC: A). Jimmy has also presented research papers at international conferences, such as the Academy of International Business (AIB) Asia Pacific Regional Conference and the International Association of Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH) Conference. He serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several high-impact international journals and conferences, including Marketing Intelligence & Planning (ABDC: A), Journal of Management & Organization (ABDC: B), Journal of Innovation Management (Q1), Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society (Q1), the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AoM), and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) Conference.
