Dr Jimmy (Jishuo) Sun is a lecturer in the Department of Applied Management at Otago Polytechnic, Auckland International Campus, Auckland, New Zealand. He completed his PhD in management at Massey University in 2024. His research interests include workplace bullying, employee wellbeing, emerging technology management (e.g., AI), business innovation, and sustainability. He is a member of the Healthy Work Group (HWG) and Artificial Intelligence and Digital Business (AIDB) Research Group at Massey Business School. His work has been published in high-ranked journals, including Research-Technology Management (ABDC: A). Jimmy has also presented research papers at international conferences, such as Academy of International Business (AIB) Asia Pacific Regional Conference and International Association of Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH) Conference. He also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several high-impact international journals and conferences, such as Journal of Management & Organization (ABDC: B), Corporate Governance (ABDC: C), Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AoM), and Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) Conference.
