Graduate Diploma in Applied Management

Devina Bhola from India couldn’t believe her luck when she arrived in New Zealand to study at Otago Polytechnic’s Auckland International Campus.

“The country is quiet, green and beautiful. I was given such a warm welcome to campus by all the staff and my teachers.”

Devina studied the Graduate Diploma in Applied Management and was given a placement at real estate company Barfoot & Thompson. There she learnt office administration and office management skills and gained the necessary professionalism to work in a corporate environment.

“After completing my internship I gained a permanent contract. I have now been working there for a year. It has been a great journey so far. I’m really happy in my job and I’m grateful to Otago Polytechnic for the skills they taught me which I now get to apply in my day-to-day employment.”
