Reception – Level 1

Your first point of contact is our friendly Reception Team.


Ask them about:

Finding a staff member or team

Forms such as IRD and insurance

Timetables or scheduled breaks

Registry (Admissions & Enrolment) – Level 1

The Registry Team will help you through the registration and enrolment process. The team provides the highest level of support to students, and staff while exercising ethical standards and procedures.

Course selection/Pathway of Study (POS)

Withdrawals and refunds

Visas and insurance

Student Success – Level 1

Student Success can help with academic or personal issues you face during your time with OPAIC. The team also organise Orientation and Graduation, and a range of other events.

ICT and Facilities - Level 1

You’ll first meet the ICT and Facilities Team during their IT induction at Orientation. The team will continue to assist you throughout your time at OPAIC.

Academic Team – Level 4

The Academic Team will give you guidance and feedback throughout your studies.

Learning Support – Level 8
