Meenudie Silva

Meenudie Silva holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Master of Applied Management (Level 9) with Distinction from Future Skills Auckland International Campus.

Her professional experience spans over 10 years across business management, learning and development, education, administration, and legal support, including several years of experience in the UK conveyancing industry. Her career has included roles in training and development, team leadership, and professional skills development, where she designed and delivered learning programmes and workshops, including Microsoft Project and Excel.

Meenudie began her academic journey at Auckland International Campus (AIC) as a student and later worked as a Peer Tutor and Teaching Assistant. She has delivered lectures both face-to-face and online in core Applied Management courses at postgraduate level, such as Research and Enquiry and Analytics for Managers.

She currently works as a Learning Support Coordinator at AIC, with a strong focus on learner confidence, academic success, and professional development.

Her research interests include learning and development, leadership, workplace learning, learner engagement, AI, and sustainability.

Outside of work, Meenudie enjoys cooking, especially exploring Sri Lankan cuisine, travelling, discovering new places and cultures, and spending time with family and friends.

She brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine passion for people into everything she does, and is excited to support learners at AIC, a place that has been an important part of her own journey.
